One good thing you can do for yourself with regards to self-love is to process your fears.
Do not try to get rid of them, you will be battling for a while – face them and embrace them.
Understand what is causing the fear in the first place, where does it come from? How did it start? By interrogating your fears and your thoughts this gives you clarity.
Clarity is good for our well-being and helps you to unmask issues that may have been causing you anxiety.
Once you get to the root of the issue, you can then work on those to understand them more.
For example, a fear of failure as a mother may come from your parents or a fear of relationships may have come from a past relationship that has left you with trauma.
