Due to the rise in mental health, waiting for therapy or couselling can be a long stretch. In fact, in some areas there are waiting lists of up to 18 months to recieve the help people need. This programme is here to eliminate that wait time and get you the help that you deserve and need.
This 12-week programme will help you to look at your life through a different lens. CBT is all about how we think, feel and behave, using unique methods and techniques, you can create new habits, routines, manage challenges, budget easier, reduce fear and change some of those childhood beliefs that are holding you back.
